Workshop ENOUGH - Atelier industrie alimentaire - 5 juillet 2024

As part of the European ENOUGH project, an industrial workshop on reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the cold chain is being organized. You are invited to take part in this industrial workshop on the morning of July 5, 2024 at INRAE, 147 rue de l'université 75 Paris . Online participation is possible.

Decarbonising the food chain – how can we reach net zero by 2050?

Who can participate? This workshop is open to everyone interested in reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from the food chain.

Content and topics:

  • Technology roadmaps to 2050 and modelling different scenarios:
    How to select the appropriate equipment for the various stages of the food value chain?
  • Challenges of the European policies and stakeholders’ initiatives:
    What does the industry need to convert to and how can they influence policies?
  • Demonstrating innovative technological solutions in the field:
    Selected technologies applicable in the food sector will be presented
  • Simulating food chains with the ENOUGH tool:
    How can the industry easily assess the difference between certain technologies?
  • Panel discussion with industry participants. 
    The audience is also welcome to participate
